Refund policy

Returns & Refunds At BardaBeauty, your satisfaction with our K-beauty products is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, hygiene and safety are highly important. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all safety seals intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items or promotional bundles (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the damaged/incorrect item in your email to [info@barudabeauty.com].

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
